1. typology
The online sale by a commercial company to non-professional consumers is regulated by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code). It falls precisely among the “distance sales”, which are dealt with in articles 45 to 68, and for which the right of withdrawal without the obligation to give reasons is envisaged within 5 *** + days of receipt of the goods. The particular protection provided by the Consumer Code, on the other hand, does not apply to professional buyers, that is, to those who have a VAT number.

2. Territorial scope
ALVARO e CORRENTI s.n.c accepts orders from any territory in Europe, America, Asia, Australia etc.

3. Product information

The wording availability of the displayed product is purely indicative given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly notify the customer via email and possibly the non-acceptance of the order if problems or delays in procurement.

Supply problems may also occur for various reasons, for which further delays may occur. No responsibility can be attributed to ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c

4. Shipping
The shipment will be made free of charge. The delivery is to be referred only to the person indicated in the order, a signature will also be required at the time of delivery. Our packages contain the jewelery, the case and any promotional material or product warranty.

5. Terms of payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer, payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or prepaid credit card.

5.1 Bank transfer
 For payment by bank transfer, once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the references necessary to make the payment. We will ship as soon as we effectively receive the transfer of the amount to our current account in the name of Unicredit Banca. Normally this transfer time is variable and depends on which bank you make the transfer and may vary from 2 to 5 working days.

5.2 Credit card or pre-payment
Payment by credit or prepaid card takes place through a secure connection with the UNICREDIT BANK service. Only the data necessary for order management will be communicated to our company, but not sensitive data relating to the credit card.

6. Shipping and delivery times

The products are usually shipped within seven days after payment has been made.

Since they are all handcrafted products, delivery times may increase based on specific requests. Therefore, in the event of delay with respect to the expected times or difficulties in procurement, we will promptly inform the customer who may decide to cancel the order and request a full refund. Shipping. Delivery times are on average two or three working days after shipment within national borders (excluding smaller islands and disadvantaged areas). For international shipments, delivery times are on average fifteen days. During this time it is possible to follow the route and status of the shipment online (traceability).

7. Shipping and delivery methods
The goods travel at the risk of the recipient for any event that is not attributable to the responsibility of the seller or the carrier. The latter is the custodian until delivery. It is therefore important that if the package is externally damaged, the recipient accepts it subject to verification, noting the visible damage on the receipt. To facilitate delivery, the customer is required, at the time of ordering, for a telephone number (contact tel.) with which he can communicate in case of difficulty or non-delivery. This number will absolutely not be used for commercial communications and promotions or communicated to subjects other than the courier in charge of delivery. If the package returns back for reasons not attributable to (absent recipient, incorrect shipping address indicated at the time of purchase, the package being tampered with) and the customer requests the return of the same, he will be charged the cost of the new shipment and the costs of return of the package to the sender. in cases where the shipment is in stock and the customer is prompted, directly by ALVARO & CORRENTI S.N.C or by the courier itself, to contact for a new delivery (at the telephone number of the local office that will be provided) and within two days not contacts the courier, it will be our responsibility to request the return of the package to the sender, reserving the right to charge the customer the shipping costs.

8. Warranty
The seller guarantees the conformity of the products to the description, their suitability for the use for which they are intended and the absence of manufacturing defects. The guarantee is expressed in the ways and forms provided for by the Consumer Code for goods purchased by non-professional consumers; from the Civil Code for sales with VAT number.

9. Receipt of order and confirmation
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c by replying via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer. This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. Subsequently, ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c, having verified the availability of the asset / s and the accuracy of the customer’s data, will send the acceptance of the contract by e-mail. The contract stipulated between the customer and ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c is to be considered concluded only after the sending of the e-mail of acceptance of the contract by ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c. By placing the order on the www.alfredocorrenti.com website, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure. With express reference to art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive by e-mail all the information necessary for the identification of the seller that the customer must keep together with the contract acceptance email.

10. Purchase invoice
For each order placed, ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c issues an invoice for the material shipped and sends it by e-mail to the order holder pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice. No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

11. Returns
The private buyer who buys an item online, or in any case remotely, without the possibility of seeing the purchased item directly and in advance, has the right to return it within fifteen days of delivery, without giving reasons, and to obtain a refund of the amount paid without any penalty. The refund can be made either by non-transferable bank check or by bank transfer. The costs necessary for the return remain the responsibility of the buyer. The intention to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated, within 15 days of receipt of the package, by email to the e-mail address gioielli@alfredocorrenti.com Upon receipt of the confirmation and related instructions from ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c, the customer must return the product at his own expense, absolutely unused and in the original packaging perfectly intact. If a label is attached to the object, any object with the aforementioned label detached or tampered with will be considered used. An indispensable condition for the recognition of the withdrawal is the full and total integrity of the product, therefore it will be the care and interest of the sender to package it in order to avoid possible damage and deterioration during transport. For this purpose it is advisable to follow the instructions that will be provided if necessary by ALVARO & CORRENTI s.n.c. The shipping address is: Via Ugo Bassi, 61, 98123 Messina (ME), Italy.

Cash on delivery will not be accepted and if this happens we will return the package to the sender.

12. Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the competent court, unless otherwise provided by the Consumer Code, is that of MESSINA.
