The sphere, a celestial body, which in emerald sapphires and brilliants recalls the outline of the continents and the suggestion of the earth seen from space, disassembles from the necklace to become a precious and refined pendant.
The main structure of the necklace is disassembled and the bronze figure, Human Body, wrapped in gold bands and diamonds becomes a brooch of exceptional preciousness and dynamism.
Corpo, designed by Alfredo and Carlo Correnti, is a jewel designed to be disassembled,
a Double-Face reality, between human body and celestial body.
The bronze figurative element is a represented and ideal body, a sculpture to be worn.
The human figure tends to a globe placed at the opposite end of the necklace,
generating an increase in tension that pushes the eye from one side of the jewel to the other.
A work of great refinement, realised with the experience and wisdom of the Maison’s team of goldsmiths who, between lost wax and the most refined goldsmithing techniques, have brought this jewel to completion.
